Terms and Policies

Order
Inalways reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person. In addition, the Company may decline to accept any order, whether or not payment has been received, by giving notice of non-acceptance to the Customer by telephone or e-mail within a reasonable period of receipt by Inalways of the order.

The minimum amount per order is $200.00 USD. The Customer may not cancel orders once the purchase has been processed. Inalways may, at its own discretion and only in writing, allow an order to be cancelled after the Customer has contact Inalways account sales within three business days.

Orders are charged at the prices (in US dollars) in effect at the time of payment. There may be a slight difference between the orders charged and the actual bill from the Customer's bank. The Company will not be responsible for any currency losses. Inalways reserves the right to change prices without prior notice at any time. Prices are exclusive of taxes, impositions and other charges, including international shipping charges, broker's fees, bank fees, document fees, import duties, etc.
Inalways online shopping will only be accepting VISA or MasterCard. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide the correct information to assure the order to be processed properly.

Delivery and Shipment
Inalways online purchase utilizes FedEX, UPS and DHL delivery services only. Buyer will be accounted for shipping and handling costs and required to provide their courier account number.

The estimated time for delivery will be within 10 working days. Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Inalways are estimates only and that Inalways will not be liable to any losses for failure to deliver on such dates. Please contact Inalways account sales if the shipment is over due; delay in delivery will not entitle Customer to cancel orders.

All shipments will be EX-Work for Customer's Courier to pick up. There will be a flat rate of $30.00USD handling charge paid to Inalways by the Customer in addition to the purchase price of the Products. For DHL delivery, there will be a custom fee of $50.00USD. The risk of damage to or loss of the Products will be passed to the Customer upon pick up.

Returns
The Customer must inspect the Products as soon as the courier has made available for pick up. The products can only be returned for, any damages or defectives, within 30 days commencing the due date for delivery. Products may not be returned to Inalways unless the Customer has first obtained a returns authorization letter after consulting with Inalways account sales. Any unauthorized returns are subjected to additional stocking charges. Inalways are unable to accept the return which has failed to provide such notices or explanation regarding above mentioned.

The defectives or damaged products are required to be sent back for Inalways QC Test for clarification. Customer may only get refund if the commodity has been used in a properly way and recognized by Inalways.

If Inalways agrees to accept a return, all return freight charges must be prepaid by customer. Inalways will not accept COD shipments.
For any approved returns,
※We will deduct handling charge 15% of the invoice amount.
※We will deduct handling charge 15% of the invoice amount if the return from buyer does not include original commodity, packaging, and documents.

Privacy
To protect the privacy of consumer is part of Inalways Electronics' philosophy. Inalways will not give any personal information of consumers to irrelevant third party because customers are the most important asset of Inalways. The customer information is only for order and marketing base.
